Took my 3 yo and 1 yo (this was the 1yos first hair cut). Checked in online and the store text me a time to be there by which I really liked because I don’t want to sit around with 2 kids for very long because they get antsy if they have to sit for a long time. We get there and are paired with Sylvia as the first available stylist. She was very gentle and sweet with my two kids, even let them eat snacks while they were in the chair to help keep them still. She would ask me periodically how I liked the cut and made adjustments when I said that some parts I’d like shorter etc. then check back with me to see if I liked the changes she made. Sylvia knocked the service aspect out of the park! Cut was on point, professionalism on point, patience 100% on point for both my young kids. I definitely recommend going to see Sylvia here.

Had to sit in the waiting room while listening to a kid scream for 15 minutes while he got his haircut. I wanted to leave. Parents shouldn’t do this to everyone. But the stylist River was cool!
